Hosanna Children
Hosanna Children will be a Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) in Homeland, California, dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and highly structured environment where young people can heal, grow, and thrive. As we complete the licensing process, we are preparing to serve female youth and youth assigned male at birth who identify as female, ages 12 through 17.
Our program will deliver individualized, trauma-informed care that recognizes each youth’s strengths, experiences, and goals. With consistent guidance, therapeutic support, skill development, and trusted relationships, youth will be empowered to build stability, strengthen resilience, develop greater confidence, and move forward with purpose.
At Hosanna Children, dignity, respect, compassion, and belonging will be at the heart of everything we do. We will partner closely with families, placing agencies, schools, service providers, and community partners to coordinate meaningful support, promote lasting progress, and prepare each youth for a healthy and successful transition to the next stage of care and greater independence.
Our Mission
Hosanna Children Group Home’s mission is to provide a safe, affirming, and therapeutically grounded home for female youth and males who identify as female, ages 12-17, who require intensive support, healing, and stabilization. We are committed to delivering trauma-informed care, culturally responsive services, gender-affirming practices that honor each youth’s identity, dignity, and lived experience.
